FAQ
How does delivery work?
Balloons travel by taxi: you meet the car and take the order. Large orders and decor we bring ourselves and install on site.
How fast can you deliver?
Urgent — within 1.5–2 hours depending on the area. A specific time can be agreed in advance.
What are your hours?
Daily 8 AM – 11 PM. Delivery after 10 PM is at the late rate (+300 UAH), after 11 PM — by arrangement.
How long do balloons float?
Hi-Float latex — usually 3–5 days, untreated — about a day. Foil — one to two weeks. A lot depends on temperature and humidity.
